How can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, log in to your account and go to “Order History.” Find the order you wish to cancel and select the “Cancel Order” option if available. If you don’t see a cancel option, contact our support team immediately for assistance.
Can I cancel an order after it has been processed or shipped?
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. If your order is already on its way, you will need to wait for delivery and then follow our return process to return the item.
How long do I have to cancel my order?
You can cancel an order within 1-2 hours after placing it, depending on our processing times. After this period, orders may be processed or shipped, making cancellation impossible. Contact our support team as soon as possible for the best chance of canceling.
