- Which payment methods can I use?Pay online by card or mobile wallet, or choose Cash on Delivery on shop orders.
- What is the cancellation and refund policy for services?Full refund for cancellations 24 hours or more before the appointment.
- When will I get my refund?Online payments are refunded in 5 to 10 business days; Cash on Delivery refunds by bank transfer in 5 to 7.
- How do I contact Pet Guru support?Email, phone or WhatsApp. We respond Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PKT).
