What does Pet Guru charge providers, and how do payouts work?

Pet Guru charges providers a 7% commission on each service booked through the platform. This helps maintain and improve the platform, provide customer support and connect you with more pet owners.

• Membership plans: paid plans and premium listings are billed according to the plan you choose. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription period has started.
• Billing errors: if you believe you were billed incorrectly, contact us within 7 days.
• Payout history: you can review your payouts in your provider dashboard.
