You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and authenticity of your listing, for following animal-welfare laws, and for holding any licences or permits your pet business needs. Pet Guru may remove listings or suspend accounts, including without notice, for content such as:

• Illegal pet sales or animal cruelty content.
• Fraudulent or misleading pet health information.
• Offensive or discriminatory material.
• Listings you do not have the legal right to sell, or products that are unsafe for pets.
